No. The Memberships and the Aspen Lakes NFTs serve exclusively as digital certificates representing their Holders’ Membership Rights. They are not intended for any investment purposes. We make absolutely no promise or guarantee that the Aspen Lakes NFTs will hold any particular value once minted.

Although an Aspen Lakes NFT may be resold, there is no guarantee that a market for Aspen Lakes NFTs will develop and Rhue Resorts makes no promise or guarantee that such a market will develop

For every Rhue Resort, starting with Aspen Lakes, there will be a limited-edition of Founding Memberships and Golf Memberships, represented by an Aspen Lakes NFT. The Aspen Lakes NFT is valid only at Aspen Lakes Resort; we expect that each future resort will mint its own NFT that is valid at that resort.

Rhue Resorts will release a limited Leisure Membership NFT which would give their owners access to the resort for limited time, such as one-week, two-week or four-week stays each year. However, Founding Memberships will have priority to all amenities. In the future, a residential member token will be developed and become available to purchase, for those that wish to purchase a lot, a home, or a condo at Aspen Lakes. For further additions, Aspen Lakes has been approved for additional features and amenities such as hotel, water park, etc. However, if there are delays due to the sometimes-slow process of acquiring building permits, access to materials, or other unseen difficulties, or for any reason, Members will be kept informed of those changes and delays. Yes. Members must be at least 18 years old. Please note that while you may be 18 years of age to own an Aspen Lakes NFT and can make a reservation, a valid ID will be required to purchase alcoholic beverages at our restaurants and bars.

For a lifetime – and potentially beyond. Your Membership is valid as long as you are an NFT-holding Member. If transferred to another person through a gift or sale, the Membership will remain active for the new owner. New Members must navigate to the Members Website and update the information accordingly.

Yes the family member can use their NFT, the resort just needs notified ahead of time.

Yes. All secondary sales of any Aspen Lakes NFT on OpenSea will be subject to (i) a 2.5% transaction fee assessed on the value of such Aspen Lakes NFT at the time of its sale which will be paid to OpenSea and (ii) a 10% transaction fee assessed on the value of such Aspen Lakes NFT at the time of its sale will be paid to Rhue Resorts.

You are personally and solely responsible for any and all tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling Aspen Lakes NFTs, and Rue Resorts makes no recommendation regarding the tax treatment of the Membership or an Aspen Lakes NFT. Rhue Resorts advises you to seek independent tax advice regarding your individual tax responsibilities from buying, selling, or transferring your Membership or Aspen Lakes NFT.

Your Membership grants you Members only access to the resort and all amenities. USD payment will be required for items such as food, lodging, spa services, and our water park, while other amenities are at no cost, such as all sports courts, hiking and bike trails, disc golf, miniature golf, and many other planned amenities.

All payments can be made with USD, not crypto. Stay tuned, though – Rhue Resorts plans on minting an in-house token which will be open for sale only NFT holders and other Rhue Resorts guests to be used while at the resorts. Think of it as a rewards program, where Members can purchase tokens ahead of time at a discount to use while at the resort. Nope, it’s your Aspen Lakes NFT and your Membership. However, we encourage our Founding Members to rent out their Membership when they are not using it.

Yes. You can sell it on OpenSea or gift it to a lucky someone.

Non-Members will only have access to the resort and amenities if they are a guest of the Member or have rented a Founding Members NFT. The only exceptions will be special concerts and events in our outdoor amphitheater, with seating availability prioritized for Members.

Yes. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis to all Members. Feel free to call us for any last-minute availability needs, though. Sip and sit; enjoy wine or a cocktail in our lounges, patios, or tasting rooms while you wait – or any location on the property that doesn’t require a reservation

As many as you’d like. Live your vacation is a motto we stand by. Plan as little or as much as you’d like, for as long as you’d like.

No. The more, the merrier! A Member can make reservations for guests to stay at the hotel, and for amenities and activities so long as the Member is present to accompany their guests while they are at the resort.

No. But your reservation may be canceled if it is a no-show and we haven’t heard from you regarding a cancellation or time change. Please be courteous and let the staff know if your plans change.

Currently the Aspen Lakes Lodge Main Hall i has several private rooms accommodating 20 to 200 people. The main area can be reserved for weddings or other special events and seats up to 400. In the future, we plan on having a much larger capacity. Expect a Conference Center for large corporate events and a Wedding & Event Center for more intimate, personal gatherings. Capacities in both future venues will definitely accommodate any event you can image!
